3. Property Access
Customers are responsible for providing clear access to all areas to be cleaned, including removal of vehicles, furniture, or personal property. The Company is not responsible for delays or incomplete service due to restricted access.
4. Surface Conditions
While we use professional equipment and proper cleaning methods, certain stains (such as deep oil stains, rust, oxidation, or long-term discoloration) may not be fully removable. Results may vary based on surface age and condition.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, loose siding, cracked concrete, deteriorated mortar, improperly installed materials, or structural weaknesses.
5. Weather & Scheduling
Services may be rescheduled due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate promptly regarding any necessary changes.
6. Cancellations
Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in scheduling limitations.
